necessary ingredients for this Gourd’s with Gram Flour recipe -:
Gourd – 500 g
Onions – 1 medium size
Garlic – 3-4 buds
Green Chillies – 4 to 5
Coriander Powder – 1 Table Spoon
Turmeric powder – ½ table spoon
Red Chilli Powder – 1 Table Spoon
Cumin – half a spoon
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Oil – as required
Salt – according to taste
Two-three spoon gram flour
Two-three spoon native ghee
First, peel the gourd in small pieces and then chop the onions, garlic and green chilies, after that, add oil as per your shoulder and let it warm. When the oil becomes hot, then add cumin seeds, then add asafetida and then add chopped garlic, onion and green chillies and roast it till the onions become light brown, when the onions become light brown, then cut into it. Gour the gourd and stir it and put turmeric in it and after that, add coriander powder and red chilli powder, then add salt according to taste and cover for five minutes, keep it low. After running it in the middle and after gourd cooked or softened, add two-three spoon gram flour and two-three spoons of ground ghee topped with a cup of water, and let it cover. Let it cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes. After 6 minutes, turn off the gas and put green coriander over it and serve it with the bread of native ghee.
